Empowering therapy services for a balanced life
Empowering therapy services for a balanced life
Hi, I’m Joggy, an integrative counsellor based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of counselling approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs. My aim is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and find your own answers. My key focus is wellbeing and the connection between body and mind. With over 26 years of experience as a personal trainer, sports therapist, and advanced Pilates teacher, I bring a deep understanding of how physical and emotional health work together.
Counselling felt like a natural progression and a meaningful addition to my work, allowing me to support clients in a truly holistic way. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly and begin to move towards a more balanced, fulfilling life. I offer both in-person counselling in Essex and online therapy across the UK, so you can access support wherever you are. If you’re ready to start your journey towards improved wellbeing and self-understanding, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

This approach emphasises self-exploration, personal growth, and self-development. It encourages individuals to unlock their full potential and build a deeper sense of self-understanding in a supportive environment.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy explores the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It helps people recognise unhelpful patterns and develop healthier coping strategies to improve overall wellbeing.

Psychodynamic therapy looks into unconscious patterns and past experiences, particularly from childhood. It helps uncover how these shape present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

Rooted in Carl Rogers’ humanistic approach, this therapy empowers clients as the experts of their own lives. It provides a safe, empathic space to explore, grow, and build self-awareness.

Developed by Eric Berne, this approach uses the concept of Parent, Adult, and Child ego states. It examines interactions and helps people resolve difficulties in their relationships.

This approach focuses on awareness in the present moment. By encouraging personal responsibility, it supports individuals in overcoming blocks and moving towards greater wholeness.
